The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. In the large garden of the owners, enjoy a pleasant studio equipped with its terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house (wide sidewalk, possibility of 2 cars). You will love the exceptional location of my apartment: the windows to the east and west allow you to see the sunrise AND sunset over the city and, the rest of the time, it is bathed in light.
