The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

L'Eure de Pause is a luxury, fully equipped 80 m² attic apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people. Private access via stairs leading to a large terrace with unobstructed views. Large living area. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, and the other has a large double bed and 2 single beds. There is an additional toilet. We are located in a small, quiet village, which is why noisy parties are not allowed. We have pets.

A car will collect you from PARIS MONTPARNASSE at 1:15 pm. We are 10 minutes from COURVILLE-SUR-EURE train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? Our house is in the Normandy countryside, in Le Perche, in nature, close to forests, stud farms, two nautical bases (Soligny-La-Trappe and Mêle-sur-Sarthe), the manors of Perche, a Trappist abbey, and equestrian clubs. You will appreciate this family home for its calm, modern comfort (it has been completely restored) and old charm. The house is perfect for families with children, including babies.

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
