Our studio of 24 m2, is in the very center of Rochefort, 10 minutes walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen with small dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. The bed (160 x 200) is separated from the rest of the room by a decorative partition. Wi-Fi. Completely renovated in 2020

Very well located, ideal for walks and bikes (bike path at the foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center. Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160.
