Ideally located 1 hour from Bordeaux (10 minutes from the A89), 30 minutes from Périgueux and Bergerac, it will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dordogne. The 70 m2 house has a large garden and a terrace with countryside views to enjoy outdoor dining. It consists of two bedrooms with two large double beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Parking is available in front of the house.

This studio, completely new (renovated in 2021) is part of the "Puydepont" gîte located in a very quiet environment and composed of two adjoining accommodations. You will have an area of about 25 m2 open to a small covered terrace. An accommodation for 8/10 people occupies the other part of the house.
