Ideally located 1 hour from Bordeaux (10 minutes from the A89), 30 minutes from Périgueux and Bergerac, it will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dordogne. The 70 m2 house has a large garden and a terrace with countryside views to enjoy outdoor dining. It consists of two bedrooms with two large double beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.
