Located on the ground floor of the villa (ground floor of the pool) it is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port, its shops, bars... You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its comfort and its calm with also the sound of the sea!

A few steps from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
