Our timber-framed house with an area of 280 m² and 8 bedrooms is located a stone's throw from the remarkable site of the Payré estuary, ranked the first remarkable site in Vendée, at the end of a peaceful, safe cul-de-sac and very close to the bike paths. The Veillon beach is a 5-minute drive away, as well as Port Bourgenay and its nautical activities. The oyster port of La Guittière and its salt marshes are 2 minutes away by car. The Sables d'Olonne SNCF station is 20 minutes away and Puy du Fou is 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
