Welcome to our home. Improvements have been made since 2022. Located 5 minutes' walk from the beautiful beaches of Saint Vincent sur Jard, the famous house of Clémenceau and the forest, 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and 45 minutes from La Rochelle. Ile de Ré is right across the street. The cycle path (Vélodyssée) passes in front of the house. It contains a beautiful 40 m² living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, it is very bright, south facing. Decor and furniture are well maintained.
