House located on our 6000 m2 property on the heights of Trets. We live on the property, but the terrace and part of the garden are private and have no overlooking neighbours. Very peaceful setting, surrounded by greenery. In the garden, shared access with a second house: sports and play areas (petanque, basketball, football, zip line, trampoline, swing, play castle, CrossFit). Fiber connection. Ideal for families, this authentic Provençal Bastide in charming stones was built in 1840. It will offer you great moments thanks to its swimming pool, its petanque court and its shaded rest area. The house is over 250 m2 on 1300 m2 of land and can accommodate up to 11 people and 3 cars. The pool is equipped with an alarm and 4 out of 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Unfortunately, groups of friends without children are no longer accepted.
