Joan is a wonderful host! We absolutely LOVED our stay! Her home is clean, tidy and very well kept. The area is safe, quiet, and her place has everything you need to cook yourself a nice meal. You can go for walks around the neighbourhood, and the grocery store is less than 10 min away by car. Joan is very helpful and always available to answer questions. She is kind and discreet and made us feel right at home! Also, it was really fun to watch the 3 chickens walking around her backyard :). I highly recommend her place. The place was truly a sanctuary. The premises and the view is so beautiful, and the owner was a gem to interact with. Everything was 10/10. loved my stay there thank you!

I recommend it, this is my second time renting with Daphney and we were very satisfied. The place was near Blainville which has several good restaurants and we took the opportunity to go to the sugar shack 10 minutes away. The condo was very clean and we did not lack anything.
