The Gîte de l'Annicha

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Gite (*** 98 m2 apartment for up to 5 people) offers secluded privacy with its private covered terrace and garden. It kept its rural style and has a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a room with 3 single beds, a shared shower room and toilet. Enjoy our magnificent pool in summer.

Bel appartement, récemment rénové avec sa terrace ensoleillée aux vues magnifiques sur les falaises. L’appartement se trouve au 3eme étage, vous rentrez sur la pièce à vivre composé d’un coin cuisine en L, toute équipée, une table avec deux chaises, un coin salon avec son canapé et une sélection de livres. Cette pièce à vivre donne sur sa terrace de 10 m2 avec son mobilier extérieur. De l’autre côté de la pièce à vivre, la chambre avec son lit de 140cm, et sa salle de douche avec toilettes.

La Petite Maison de Rouyré is a charming, independent house of 90 m2, located in the middle of the hilly landscapes of the Gaillac vineyard. Located in the top of our cellar, where we vinify natural wines, in a group of buildings from the 12th to the 18th century, it is located in the heart of a particularly calm and peaceful hamlet. It is a comfortable house, fully restored, furnished with furniture found over time. We offer wine and food expériences (see other informations).

Our beautiful stone cottage, completely renovated in July 2022, is located on our 95 ha property, on the edge of the largest oak grove in France. A quiet and relaxing place... In the heart of the Triangle d'Or, you can discover nearby, many of the most beautiful villages in France such as Cordes-sur-Ciel, Puycelsi, Castelnau de Montmiral, Bruniquel... as well as the magnificent hikes possible. 20 minutes from Gaillac, 50 minutes from Albi, Montauban and Toulouse.

Charming house located by the water near the medieval village of Bruniquel. You will enjoy its large garden without overlooking neighbors, the shade of its oaks, and the local fauna (birds, squirrels...). The quiet of nature will rejuvenate you. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (gradual water level), fishing, canoe ride (at your disposal). The hiking trails in the immediate vicinity will offer you nice walks.

Charming restored studio in a stone hamlet, in the heart of the golden triangle and quiet. You will enjoy the surrounding nature, the many hiking trails and the beautiful remarkable villages nearby. Ideal for lovers of the countryside, animals and nature. You can come alone, as a couple, or with friends. The 90x190 beds can be joined to make a 180x190 bed. A sofa bed can be used as an extra for a child or a 3rd person.
