Small 24m² apartment on the ground floor of a small building renovated in 2024/2025. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional if you want to cook. The sofa bed is new and very comfortable (I tested it:) Very central, you will be a 5-minute walk from the market, the abbey and the ENSOA. Close to all shops, you can do everything on foot. Only 1.1 km from the SNCF train station, it will take you about 15 minutes to get there.

Come and enjoy this large, comfortable and secluded house. Nestled between a forest and a river, you can also discover its 16th century mill. It has 5 large bedrooms, 1 of which is on the ground floor. Ideal for family gatherings, holidays with friends, nature lovers or BBQ lovers. The river offers a natural pool in case of hot weather. We have a canoe and two kayaks. Several walking departures from the house.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
