The cottage is accessible by ski via the blue slope of the Bois de Saule, which connects Arc 1600 to the intermediate station of the funicular. Numerous hiking trails accessible directly from the chalet. Direct access to the "La 8" enduro mountain bike trail that descends from Arc 1600 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800 m of elevation!

This renovated chalet offers a good level of comfort for 8 people. Regulated access is via a track, with a vehicle that I leave available between Pierre Giret's parking lot and the chalet.
