Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

Come and get away from it all in this 200-year-old house called RUBIX. This beautiful 130 m2 house is located in the centre of Carlux: between the 14th century church and the 11th century castle. You will be 20 minutes from Sarlat, a medieval town in Périgord Noir and 15 minutes from Souillac in Lot. You will find the Dordogne river 2km away, the Vezere a little further, the famous castles and villages of the Dordogne valley a few km further.
