Apartment matches the photos. Well located (next to the beach) Downtown is an 8-minute drive. Easy parking right next to the accommodation. Excellent communication from Martine who does her best to make sure everything goes smoothly. I recommend this property, very good value for money.

I had a lovely few days at Denis's place. Everything was spotless and as described. Very good location, next to the beach. Private parking space right next to the entrance and apartment when exiting the elevator.., very convenient to unload the car when you arrive. My little girl also enjoyed the books and toys available, as well as the beach games. I highly recommend it and will come back without hesitation!

Good value for money. Beautiful view with a beautiful sunrise over the sea in the morning. Direct bus access in 15’ to Montpellier Sud de France train station. I still recommend renting a car to be more comfortable to be able to visit Montpellier and other beaches such as La Grande Motte. Elise is very friendly and accommodating.

Great place close to the beach, restaurants at the end of the street, quiet with private and secure parking. Friendly host, super responsive and attentive. Clean and pleasant accommodation, very nice terrace out of sight. Nothing to complain about, I recommend it.

Very nice apartment well located close to the beach and shops but quiet with a well-maintained and pleasant garden from the double terrace. Beautiful interior decor or nothing is missing and or everything is well thought out with little touches that I have rarely found in other rentals. The center of Grande Motte is a 15-minute walk for the morning walk and the beach as far as the eye can see . Thanks again for everything Lucie . Have a nice season. Sarah and Louis are very responsive, welcoming and flexible. The accommodation is superbly placed in front of the green of the 18th, in absolute calm and with an adorable sun terrace. The apartment is very functional and very well equipped. Great plus: private and gated parking! There were 4 of us and we'll be back!

We spent one night there at the end of April, the accommodation is representative of the listing, functional and well-equipped apartment. Gilbert was available for check-in and departure. Obviously it has to be even nicer in the summer when the pool is open. A very small downside regarding the sofa bed mattress which is starting to get a little tired, after we only stayed one night so it was. In short, the listing is as advertised and host Gilbert was perfect. Stéphane

Great stay! The loft is even better in real life than in photo! Jenny and Jonathan are super responsive and very kind. Very good contact with Jenny who is very careful for our stay. The most, pets are allowed and that's rare thank you for that . Great location and very convenient because we can do anything on foot. We recommend the place 100% and keep in touch for next time.

Where do you start! Julien’s apartment is absolutely stunning, from the decor, furniture to the photography,it is beautiful. I have a feeling decor and photography is more than a passing interest. Located away from the real tourist hot spots, it is within short walking distance of amazing restaurants,wine bar’s and barista cafes. Finally,Julien gave us a list of incredible places to eat and drink with detailed descriptions to match. It was a great stay in a fabulous city. Thanks julien.

Very functional small apartment in a quiet residence. Ideal for couple. We had already come in 2024 and will be back this summer for a short trip.

We stayed at Carin's place for a week with our two children. This is very clean and beautiful, and you can find everything you need in the apartment . The apartment has views of the pool and is 50 meters from the beach. Great location and very quiet. I can only recommend it and we would love to come back. The city and surroundings are very nice and the children loved it.

We stayed for 5 days at Alain's with whom we had very good communication and it went very well. The accommodation is impeccable and tastefully decorated. In addition, it is very well located geographically which allowed us to do everything on foot or by bike. Alain and his wife are very friendly, a big thank you to them again for being kind enough to drop us off at the bus stop to catch our train.

We had a great off-season stay at Anne-Cecile’s with our 2 year old. Anne-Cecile was very responsive and the house was clean.

Welcoming and friendly hostess. Conveniently located accommodation (10 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the city center, 10 min walk to Amigoland amusement park, 10 min drive to Aigue-Mortes). Well equipped and clean apartment. Accurate to photos. Private pool matches the photos. I would recommned this property.
