We welcome you to the ground floor of our house in a quiet area, close to the beach and shops. You have a separate entrance and a 20 m2 courtyard with garden furniture, facing east. The apartment is very functional, has a living room with kitchen area of 18 m2, a bedroom of 10 m2, all air-conditioned and a shower room.
