This peaceful Provencal home offers a relaxing stay for everyone to stay. Nice unobstructed studio with a view, main room of 24 m2, free parking, subject to conditions. With all comforts and well-equipped. shaded terrace with barbecue. a garden, a boule court and a 40 m2 room with pool table and reading area to share with another apartment. Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, comfortable, high standard, waterfront with 85 m2 shaded terrace, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, boules set. Very lively area in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmospheres. Not recommended for people coming to seek isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.

The apartment is great for a getaway for two. You benefit from a private garage in the basement of the residence. The apartment is located in the heart of the village of Carry. Sheets and Bath Towels are at your disposal. The bedding is new and of excellent quality 160/190 for peaceful nights. All useful shops, restaurants, port and beaches are close by. The car won't be helpful. You also have a lockbox to ensure your autonomy.
