Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. For people who have trouble getting around there is a bedroom and a shower room in the ground floor. There is a folding bed and a high chair for the little ones. Located in a small village with all amenities 2.5km away. Nature lovers you can enjoy the Yonne at the end of the garden, the Canal du Nivernais 300 meters away for bike rides or walking.
