Functional 33 m2 vacation rental that can accommodate 4/5 people in a quiet family condominium composed of 13 vacation rentals on the heights of Salavas. There is a swimming pool with paddling pool, petanque court, ping pong table, swing, barbecue area...

The apartment is a furnished type 2, on the ground floor with covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, enclosed and wooded land. This is a 2-star gîte. The village is within walking distance (300 m). I recommend a beautiful hike by the Ardèche from the house: the Cirque de GENS (2 to 3 hours of wonder). We are close to Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet cave. Nearby there are also the classified villages of Labeaume, Balazuc and Voguë.
