Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, queen size bed and futon. Escape to the Lake!! Bright and cozy, quiet setting, private road. 15' right of way access to Lake Ontario only 300 yards away. The beach is rocky, so bring water shoes. Large grassy lot. Large deck off the kitchen for cookouts with Adirondack chairs and several tables for your portable gas grill. Have a campfire and make S'mores! Dish Network provided and adequate cellular reception. We are far enough off the paved roads that it is very private, the trade-off is, there is no Internet.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

The bathroom has a large shower with many body sprays, very relaxing. Walk to Autumn Lake and use our boats, or head to Salmon River for exciting fishing just about 2mins away. Bring your ATV. In winter, we are on the C5 trail for snowmobiling. Come and get cozy in our lovely cottage!
