A terrace surrounds the pool and part of the house for your outdoor meals and relaxing moments. The pool is saltwater with a heat pump from May to the end of September depending on the weather.

Our typical tchanquée cabin house is a must for a vacation on the basin, the place is a cocooning paradise where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km basin and 25 from the ocean without opposite and without noise. There are surveillance cameras in the parking lot at the entrance of the house.

Exceptional villa: this house designed by an architect is ideally located in a quiet area in the heart of Petit Piquey, a charming village on the Cap-Ferret peninsula, between the basin (5 min by foot) and the ocean (10min by bike). The amenities and shops of the centre of Petit Piquey are just a stone's throw away: delicatessen, wine shop, butcher's shop, fish shop, supermarket, numerous restaurants and oyster shacks, as well as the famous organic bakery "Pain Paulin".
