Our 135 m² house is bright, friendly, peaceful, and modern, close to all amenities. It opens onto nature with its 3 large bay windows. You'll feel right at home. The 1700 m² unfenced garden offers plenty of living spaces: shaded areas and 2 wooden terraces facing north and south. Ideally located between Bordeaux, the ocean, lakes, Arcachon Bay, the Dune du Pyla, and Cap Ferret. Ping-pong table, badminton net, and 4 canoes with trailers are available for exploring La Leyre.

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.
