This is my personal home.

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Renovated old house, made of typical Landes Alios stone, with 1 floor. The house is adjoining the owner's house but completely independent. Quiet in the Landes forest with garden, portico, trampoline, ping pong table, games for children... Proximity to Bordeaux (30 minutes), Arcachon (35 minutes), Lac de Sanguinet (25 minutes). Motorway access 10 min A63 and A660. PLEASE NOTE: Bed linen is not included. Maximum 8 adults; babies count as 1 person.

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

Ideally located in this tourist crossroads, you are 20 minutes from Bassin d'Arcachon and Lake Sanguinet and 40 minutes from ocean beaches and Bordeaux.
