The 1700 m² unfenced garden offers plenty of living spaces: shaded areas and 2 wooden terraces facing north and south. Ideally located between Bordeaux, the ocean, lakes, Arcachon Bay, the Dune du Pyla, and Cap Ferret. Ping-pong table, badminton net, and 4 canoes with trailers are available for exploring La Leyre.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Wooden villa facing the sea - 4 to 6 people

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

New 40 m² accommodation with equipped kitchen and outdoor terrace, located in a residential area close to the city center and all amenities. Fully independent with 1 parking space on a secure enclosed lot with outdoor video surveillance. This 2-room is air-conditioned and very bright. Ideally located in this tourist crossroads, you are 20 minutes from Bassin d'Arcachon and Lake Sanguinet and 40 minutes from ocean beaches and Bordeaux.
