Quiet spacious apartment, everything you need was there, we felt very comfortable with a large dog, the creek next door was great for walking and good starting point for hikes. Parking with electric gate. Bed was very comfortable with huge blanket. Dish soap , sponge as well as salt and enough garbage cans were also available. We will be happy to come back!

From the minute we booked to when we checked out, the family was available to us for recommendations. They made the stay enjoyable and stress free. We will be back and we highly recommend this family.

We really enjoyed our stay! Giulia provided us with detailed instructions for check-in, parking, and more. The view from the terrace was amazing. Overall, Giulia is a fantastic host. We highly recommend her place!

Top house, The holiday was one of the best we had. Perfect as a family. Very quiet location, despite ongoing construction work next door No disturbing noises. Luca was always helpful and available, nothing was missing. Thank you Luca! I would be happy to come back.

The place is as described. It is a wonderful location near the bus stops to Verona and Sirmonie as well as the harbour for the ferries . The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed and we were welcomed by Giuseppe who also responds quick to messages / questions we had and was very helpful in pointing us to the local bakery and convenient store . The apartment has loads of shops , restaurants, coffee bars and gelato bars in the area and we were spoilt for choice . The location is absolute key and it was so convenient as we did not have to drive but use the facilities available in the area . Would absolutely recommend this apartment it is well equipped and spacious and we will definitely recommend and hopefully be back again

As soon we booked the apartment we found a great welcoming, a clear instructions, easy and friendly staff. We stayed two nights and we feels like we are in home the apartment was clean and furniture was in good condition, the kitchen was prepared well and the best part i enjoyed with was the large terrace with super view show Garda lake with the mountains and nice jacuzzi up there. Highly recommended for family and its enough for 5-6 people. Miss Olympia was very kind and so helpful that she shared with us list to around the area and nice local restaurant. Erika's apartment is simply a feel-good oasis. We stayed 10 nights here and felt very comfortable. The apartment was very clean, is really equipped to the last detail and the location is fantastic. Lake Garda and great restaurants and bars are within 20 meters. The private and separate garden area is great. You feel like you have your own little cottage in Italy. Erika and her mom welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us very well. We can recommend this apartment and the location. We are 2 adults, 3 children (4,10,15) and a dog. Thank you Erika

Mara went out of her way to ensure that I had a lovely stay. Mara is by far the most generous airbnb host I’ve met in many years of travel. I was traveling with my baby and had trouble getting around the area without a car and without speaking Italian. Although the bus comes, it’s not the most reliable or baby friendly. I was afraid to reach out for help, but I was so glad I did. Mara was extremely kind and helped book a cab for me the day I needed to leave. The apartment is lovely, the pool is amazing, and the area has everything you need. You will need to catch a bus or bike to see the touristic bits of Sirmione. It’s about a 60 min walk to Scaligero Castle. All that being said, this is the perfect place if you just want to spend some time away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view from the pool.

Everything was great I was afraid to sleep badly because the apartment made me sofa bed but I slept best on the bed is a toper so it was very comfortable and I slept like a princess The only thing missing to perfection was a hot tub that only works from May 15, but the host says so it was okay

Everything went well. The place is true to the photos. Marco responds very quickly and is very flexible. The little extra, some children's toys on site.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. We are a family of five, with three boys aged 12-20. Nice apartment with plenty of room We especially enjoyed the large and great private outdoor area, with several seating groups, both in the sun and shade. Large, clean and great pool, where we were often was to ourselves. Incredibly beautiful and peaceful area, with a short distance to many beautiful cities and towns. We visited Lazise, Sirmione, Verona and Bardolino among others. Can recommend a trip to all of these places. The apartment has private road access down to the beach. On the beach there is a little rocky in the water (fresh water), and some murky water. Nice beach but we enjoyed ourselves best by the pool. Washing machine, barbecue and fully equipped kitchen to cook for yourself, while also enjoying great restaurants in the many nearby villages. Parks like Gardaland, Movieland are only a few minutes drive away. Highly recommend having a car. Extremely friendly, punctual and helpful host.

We were here as a family in October. The apartment is located in the middle of an olive grove - which is certainly great in summer, unfortunately we had absolute bad luck with the weather so it was rather dark. The pool, which we unfortunately could not use due to the weather, was still very well maintained and we could enjoy a little sun there on one day. The apartment is very well equipped - there were plenty of towels and everything was very clean. The location is quiet - for us a bit too quiet as the season was already over and there were only a few restaurants nearby that were still open. In summer, it is certainly a bit more lively there.

Everything worked really well.Ilaera was so friendly and she gave us directions about everything.We suggested the place 100%.

We stayed with Claudia for 10 days and it was great. The apartment is super accessible and totally centrally located between Garda and Bardolino. In both places it is a short romantic walk on the banks of Lake Garda. Highly recommend. There is private parking for the car, even secured with a gate. Claudia personally welcomed us and was super flexible and friendly with check-in. Unfortunately, we were in traffic for 2 hours, but no problem for Claudia. Really great and super sweet person. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and it has everything you need for a successful vacation. We had a great time at Lake Garda and would love to come back anytime. Completely clear recommendation

Great complex in a very nice location. The apartment was well equipped. Communication with the owner was also impeccable. If you have any questions, she responded within a few minutes. Overall we had a very nice stay.

we stayed a weekend at Fabio and Laura's house, the house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything and even more, it is located in a quiet location and close to Lake Ledro, it was a beautiful experience, to be done again for sure, thank you Fabio and Laura..

My group of friends and I had a great time at Elisabetta's. The house is very spacious with an incredible view of the lake. Elisabetta was very helpful throughout the weekend.

We stayed in the apartment for three days and it was great experience. The apartment is clean and there is everything you need for a stay even longer than we did (kitchen appliances, iron, washing machine, TV, etc.). The host is really friendly and available any time if you have any questions, thanks a lot for that!:) I would like to recommend the location as well. The building is located across the road from lake Garda. It takes 15 mins to get to train station, 10 mins to bus station and supermarket. The beach, vessel station and the city center are a 5 mins walk away. So it could be a perfect option if you are going to travel around Garda and just for your stay in Desenzano as well.
