Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Small, cosy bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. Exclusive kitchen available, as well as shared use of the laundry room and a private terrace. Parking in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, a DIY store and other shopping facilities are within walking distance. It is a suite in a detached house (bungalow) where our family lives. Please note: We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to greet our guests.

This small vacation apartment for a maximum of two people is located on the first floor in the rear building and can be reached through a separate entrance through a staircase. Of course, you can lock the apartment. Several windows offer views of the courtyard, shrubs and meadow. A small bathroom just for you with a toilet and shower is included. Towels and linens are provided. Ideally suited for cyclists, hikers, short-term vacationers, pilgrims or assemblers.

A horse stable right by the house as well as magnificent monastery churches..... In short, a place to dream!

Attic apartment with 45 m², 20 minutes by car to the trade fair.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden, there is a seating area by the garden pond including barbecue. Electric car charging station 50 m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by car.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Red apartment on the estate

This is our 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining-bedroom-kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, plus a pretty, modern bathroom. VERY IMPORTANT: Many, many animals live on our farm! Here the roosters crow in the morning, the ducks quack and the pigs argue a little louder at breakfast... Please ONLY book if you accept this.

Cozy quiet vacation home

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.

Tiny House "Luna", by the lake with sauna

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Romantic Wooden Lodge with new large natural pool

Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.

Follow your dreams while swinging in the hanging chair in front of the tree backdrop. Our tiny house has a tree house character due to the elevated location and the immediately adjacent trees and is magically located on the edge of the forest.
