This apartment is absolutely amazing and so is the customer service provided by the hosts. The view from the room is incredible, what a rare opportunity to see Guayaquil! The place was perfectly clean and the hosts did extra things to make sure I felt welcome. I was treated like family. The building is beautiful and so is the garden over the road. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go and I felt safe. The employees on the ground floor are friendly too. This is my new favorite place to stay in Guayaquil. I highly recommend you try this place!

Everything was very good. The only mishap is that it was not possible to use the pool because it is only allowed if it is a 7 day stay. But when it came to the apartment everything was amazing. And Pablo was always very kind to me in my concerns.

We stayed with our husband Olger for a week and it was like being at home, very safe and everyone at the reception was very friendly, as was the doorman and security. I highly recommend it. It was my first time in Ecuador, but I found it to be perfect. Thank you, Freddy
