Sehr netter Kontakt zuvor, unproblematisches Check-In über einen Schlüsselkasten, niedliches Häuschen, gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts und Sandy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Ho soggiornato in questa suite con idromassaggio, cucina, bagno e una vista spettacolare su Trastevere, incredibile sia di giorno che di sera. La stanza era spaziosa, moderna e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno rilassante. Il bagno era molto pulito e ben curato. L’idromassaggio è stato perfetto per un momento di relax. La posizione è comoda per esplorare Roma, e il servizio è stato eccellente. Consigliatissima!

Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. Posto delizioso, curato, essenziale, perfetto per chi desidera un soggiorno tranquillo e di relax con i propri amici a 4 zampe… La casa é recintata e dunque perfetta per lasciare i cani liberi , troverete un delizioso giardino ombreggiato da ulivi con lettini prendi sole e doccia esterna. Il patio con il tavolino esterno ci ha permesso di mangiare fuori e godere del posto. A due passi dalla casetta una stradina privata vi porterà alla spiaggia del lago, anch’essa tranquilla e perfetta per pace e relax…che dire per noi , oltre le aspettative rimarrete più che soddisfatti. Antonella é un host serio e molto preciso , pronta alle nostre richieste e sempre gentile. Sarebbe bello tornare! Grazie da Sara Simone Lillo e Joy 🐶

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Le logement est en tous points conforme à l’annonce, situé dans un bel immeuble, très proche de toutes commodités, à proximité de la Place Saint Pierre et bien desservi en bus. Il est parfaitement adapté pour les familles bien qu’il soit dépourvu de coin salon. Une bonne adresse à Rome.

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break

Je ne peux que recommander ce logement propre, hyper fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien situé à proximité de la cité du Vatican dans une ruelle calme. Ainsi, nous avons pu tout visiter à pied comme nous le souhaitions : le chateau St Ange, la fontaine de Trevi, le colisée, le panthéon, le circus Maximus, la via del Corso .... Et bien sûr, le musée du Vatican, la Chapelle Sixtine et (en d'autres occasions car nous y étions la semaine du décès du pape) la cathédrale St Pierre (visite remplacée par la magnifique Cathédrale Ste Marie Majeure). Et si vous n'aimer marcher, il y a un grand nombre de lignes de bus à proximité. Enfin, il y a pléthore de restaurants très bien notés à proximité. Bref, je suis ravie d'avoir choisi le logement de Laura et Lorenzo pour ce séjour dans cette ville époustouflante de beauté.
