Independent studio, quiet and not overlooked

This 25 m2 studio is located in the town of Saint Étienne d'Orthe, less than 1000 inhabitants, close to all amenities and quiet. About 30 minutes from Bayonne, 20 minutes from the beaches, 45 minutes from Pau. It is adjoining our house. However, apart from the common main driveway, this studio has a private parking space and enjoys total independence: private access, private garden and terrace as well, not overlooked.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.

A wooden cabin, hidden and perched 3 meters on its oak tree, will welcome you for a romantic night. Take a break, watch nature from your bed or relax in the private sauna. During your stay you can access our heated pool as well as our games available (ping pong, molky,...).
