Our ideally located, cozy 4-room apartment in Samnaun offers space for up to 6 people on over 70 m². The apartment has: • Two comfortable bedrooms. • Large living room with sofa bed, smart TV, fireplace and reading chair. • Bathroom with rain shower • Separate kitchen with complete equipment: coffee machine, toaster, stove + oven, refrigerator, dishwasher • Balcony • Storage room for skis • Carport The local/ski bus is a 2-minute walk away. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

If you are looking for peace and quiet to relax, slow down and experience nostalgia for past times. If you want to connect more closely with Mother Earth and have always wanted to sleep in the hay: Welcome under our roof! Designed for 2 people, for 1 to 2 nights. If possible, please bring your own sleeping bag, otherwise for an extra charge.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

Barn1686 is located in the quiet village of Borgonovo, surrounded by stunning mountains. Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. Need more space? Right next door is the second half of the semi-detached house – Ciäsa7406! Perfect for families or friends traveling together who still value their privacy.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
