Great weekend in a welcoming home with an amazing location. Everything was as described.

We are delighted with our stay, beautiful peaceful villa, good location, large kitchen with lots of amenities, very comfortable bedding. Walking distance from the house to the lake, I recommend this villa to you, it's completely safe.

The studio is perfect for a weekend for a couple. Very well equipped!! The views are beautiful and the terrace is very nice. Thank you for this trip! However, it is a sofa bed so not the most comfortable.

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

Wonderful stay in beautiful location, with lots to do in the surroundings for the entire family. We absolutely loved the place and it really made our holiday great. Local recommendations were very much appreciated! Can highly recommend!

Ali was a commutative host and nothing was too much trouble. The property was exactly as described and right in the centre of Talloires. The down stairs room with stone walls and fire was so cosy. We will definitely return.

We had a great vacation in this cottage, the immediate access to the beach on foot is very nice! Children's games right next door with a pétanque court.

This was our first time in Annecy and we had the best time. The apartment was located perfectly within walking distance to the town center. Lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and we recommended it. If you don’t read French the washer/dryer combo is a bit difficult to use. Other than that, we’d definitely come back!

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

This is a really great apartment that I can 100% recommend. It corresponds exactly to the pictures, is very cozily furnished and offers everything you need (even for a longer stay). The area is super nice and at the same time quiet. There is a great bakery and a fruit and vegetable stand with regional products nearby. The beach is within walking distance. We had a really nice time in this apartment. The landlord Pierre is very friendly and quick to respond to messages. The communication was very quick. There was even a welcome gift in the fridge when we arrived. Everything was great!

Very nice accommodation, a hostess with an abundant imagination, with worlds of decorations that appeal to childhood memories, and very attentive what's more. We had a great time, and Pauline helped us there, THANK YOU, and see you next time.

Beautiful environment, convenient transportation, 50 meters from the house is Carrefour, life is very convenient, the room is fully equipped, pots and pans are all available, the whole house is very clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, homely, there is also a large terrace, the host is a very good person. It's my first choice to come back next time

I had a very pleasant weekend, the accommodation is impeccable, clean, tastefully decorated, the place is secure despite the road which is close… Claudine is welcoming and warm. The lake view is extraordinary.

Great place to go with family. On weekdays very peaceful, on weekends more lively but very nice climate. The hosts are really friendly and thoughtful.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.
