This magnificent, modernised lodge is built in stone and timber in the finest Patagonian style, and is located right on the shore of Bariloche’s Lake Gutierrez. Wood floors and open fireplaces combine with expansive lake and mountain views to make this the perfect place for families and groups looking for a comfortable lake-side retreat. With 2.5 acres of idyllic private parkland to explore, a huge terrace overlooking the lake, outdoor jacuzzi, and direct access to the lake-shore, guests are invited to unwind in style, gaze out over the lake, and watch as the sun sets behind the granite spires and snow-capped peaks of Mount Catedral. The property is located right on the lake shore, just off the famous route 40. Downtown Bariloche is 20 minutes away, the national park 5 minutes away, and the ski resort and the airport 15 minutes away. As well as 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is a play area with a ping pong table upstairs.

A cabin on high ground, designed by me in all its aspects, floating over a native forest with stunning views of Lake Gutierrez, Cerro Catedral (the largest winter sports center in the southern hemisphere) and the Andes mountain range. Located within Nahuel Huapi National Park, in a valley surrounded by hills, minutes from the beaches of Lake Gutierrez, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with direct access from Route 40, 20 minutes from downtown Bariloche and 25 minutes from the airport.

Our neighborhood is known for being a very respectful place for nature and people. A few blocks from warehouses and grocery stores. We're very close to Lake Gutierrez, trails, forests, and a waterfall. We built our house with a lot of love and created a special place where all our guests feel at home

Dream cabin on the lake shore in Bariloche

Dream cabin with lakefront in Bariloche. Enjoy incredible views of the mountains and Lake Gutiérrez. Rustic log cabin with living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, outdoor grill and parking. In summer, enjoy the beach and the lake, and take walks in the forest. One room has a double bed, the other two single beds. In winter, it's an excellent location for those who want to enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Cerro Catedral.

Amazing house with a view of Lake Gutiérrez

This house is ideal to come and enjoy and rest in the forest with incredible views of Lake Gutiérrez, with Cerro Catedral in front and Cerro Ventana on the side. Super equipped, with quality and design details that make it unique. With a park with different spaces to enjoy such as the stove and a large table under the tree. The property has an automatic gate and alarm. We have Starlink wifi. Date changes are not accepted.

Wonderful LakeHome with lake and mountain views

Our house is located in the middle of the forest and on the shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi, with wonderful views of the lake, hills and mountains of our National Park. We are 25 kilometers from the city of Bariloche within the "Circuito Chico" tourist circuit in the Peninsula San Pedro area, which makes it an ideal place to rest, contemplate and get in touch with nature in all its expression.
