Nice stay. Place was perfect. There was nothing missing. Quick and easy access to downtown with metro line 1. To get to the Parque del Retiro or the Prado museum it was not necessary to take the metro, I was walking (20-30 minutes). Many supermarkets very close, such as Lidl, Mercadona, Carrefour (open 24 hrs) and many more. For any questions or requests I had, Jonathan would respond almost immediately every time. What more could you ask for?

Rosario was super helpful even when I needed some kitchen stuff, she brought it over for us, we really love her apartment will definitely go back, thank you

The host were very thoughtful giving clear instructions and also recommendations on how to get to metro, buses and info about where to buy groceries. The studio seems quite newly arranged and they have taken a lot of effort making it cozy, neat and full of details to make the stay comfortable.

Erica and Rogelio were wonderful hosts; responsive, always eager to help, kind and thoughtful ! The best Airbnb hosts I've had so far. Their apartment is secured with a gate lock, and located within 5 min walk from the Portazgo Metro station (1-2 min from two bus stops). The building has a elevator. Restaurants, fruit shops, and a big supermarket are near by. The room is small but has big six drawers to store your stuff. It also has a small terrace. A private bathroom is small but equipped with all the necessary toiletries. It also has a window. Hot water runs good. You will be the only guest. There's one section in the refrigerator prepared just for you as well.
