Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

The house is located in a strategic position: a stop to reach Venice and Padua is about 10 minutes from the house on foot.

This Villa is located 20 minutes from Venice and is immersed in a true oasis of greenery with 12,000 square meters of park, completely fenced, a large swimming pool 12 meters long and 6 meters wide, a lake with a small boat ideal for fishing. The Villa is furnished with the highest quality finishes and completely renovated. Outside there is a beautiful barbecue, a large table, a full kitchen with a wood-burning oven and a fireplace, the kitchen is equipped with a hob and a fridge.

House is located in a very quiet area 5 min. walk from the train station; the house is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a small lake and numerous flowers in the garden; there is a barbecue nearby which in the evening is possible to dine and spend time, in front of the house there is a terrace where you can sunbathe and in the evening relax with a cup of coffee
