Just 1.8 km from the beach and Caribe Bay, this brand-new apartment is located within a typical Venetian estate dating back to the early 1900s, surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, and just a few minutes from the city centre and the sea. The building is built on two floors, with a private entrance. Three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, TV, parking space, bicycles, games room, barbecue area, swimming pool and a large garden with football and volleyball goals.

We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!
