A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.

There is a large and livable living room, in which there is a sofa bed that can be used by two other people; last but not least the bathroom complete with bidet. Towels and bedding are provided (there is a washing machine to use freely); in the apartment there is free Wi-Fi, and it is equipped with smart TV.
