Loft holiday rentals in San Juan

Perfect stay if your traveling solo in the heart of el viejo San Juan. Yes the floor of the bathroom leaks but it didn’t bother me at all. I knew based of the reviews prior. It’s a great SAFE AND SECURE spot. Would def stay again. Thank you ❤️

Very nice apartment, very comfortable and equipped with everything needed during the stay. Zoe is a super host, well communication, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend her apartment. Deserves more than 5 stars.

Space was exactly as described. Outside space makes the space feel so much larger. Enjoyed a couple naps on the hammock! Thanks to Glorin for a lovely stay!

This airbnb was by far the most amazing place. The views were amazing. It has a gym. It was a 5 minute walk to Escambron Beach, a block away from El Hamburger (must visit). They have a 24 hour concierge as well. If you love to walk they have paths just a block away. The place was clean, had everything you needed. Gloria was very responsive to any issues or questions. The entire place was beautiful. I look forward to my next stay. This place was comfortable, safe and I was able to walk to a lot of different places and the location was great as Ubers did not cost that much either. It is my top place to stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is unbeatable — right by the beach with private access, so we could enjoy the sun and surf anytime. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay super comfortable. A quick heads-up: the AC units are only in the bedrooms, but with the main level’s three ceiling fans and open windows, the place stayed cool even when it was around 83 degrees outside. We just turned on the AC at night, and it was perfect. Overall, a fantastic spot — highly recommend and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip. Can't wait to return!

We arrived just as Salvador was on his way out, and he greeted us and handed us the keys. The outdoor area was lovely, and we ate breakfast outdoors daily. We saw many lizards and birds among the trees. We felt very secure and the area was mostly quiet. We heard the frogs at night, but it wasn't disturbing; you can close the windows to reduce the noise if you like. We really appreciated the cookware, fans, beach chairs, and water filter. The place was clean and spacious for two people. The beach was a short walk away through a residential neighborhood. The pizza place on the corner was delicious and I was so glad they offered a vegan pizza. Everything was a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. The gate door is a little tricky to open, but you just have to push/pull a little, which Salvador let us know. I would stay there again!

Overall, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay, we'd stay here again and we liked the Santurce area. Only comments are that there's is no exhaust in the bathroom or a window for air flow and there is one floor tile cracked in the shower which felt not too safe and had to stand making sure to avoid stepping on it, we couldn't use the pool as the floor was not clean but I believe that's more maintenance from the building than from the host herself. Manoly was very good at communicating when there were power outages and made sure we had a battery for the basics like charging your phone and fan, also, since we stayed for quite a few days she provided a other clean set of towels. Beach supplies provided came in very handy and there is a beach just around the block. Kitchen supplies were just right and useful, also she provided bathroom supplies.

It was worth it ! Found it last minute and it was a great deal! It was absolutely beautiful! Close to the beach. A quick walk across the bridge and restaurants all nearby. It was a cute and quaint place . I’m definetly coming back and staying here !

The moment we entered we were awestruck cause the place was so good. Everything clean and nice, music playing, cooling on point, the check in was smooth and clear. San Juan is comparatively quite small and this place was 10-15 mins drive from everywhere. Perfect place for stay, 100% recommended:D

Extremely beautiful views all around!! Huge windows all along the wall with a view from bed from high up of the mountains and turquoise blue beach. Stunning views from the balcony jacuzzi too. I also loved the shower, felt very luxurious. The TV hanging above the bed also gave a cinematic experience. The sound table was really fun too!

Stayed here with my boyfriend for two days. The place was beautiful! Minutes away from Old San Juan. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Building staff was sweet. Host was very responsive. I will be staying here when I return.

Such a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. We loved/enjoyed our time in this beautiful lovely home. Will highly recommend staying here. The host was such an amazing & extremely helpful to our needs. Loved it loved it loved it for my first time flying to Puerto Rico…. Will definitely book again next time I come to visit again.

Modern, spacious, impeccably clean and in the best location for swimming, snorkeling and surfing in San Juan!

So many great things to say about this place but first, the apartment is beautifully historic. The location is walking distance to anywhere you want to go in Old San Juan and it’s absolutely adorable. They have managed to keep so much historic details while updating it enough to make jr comfortable. The decor isn’t typical rental decor but instead was done with such care that it makes you feel like you’re staying in someone’s well cared for home. Second, Marie Louise was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. When we were struggling to find parking (yes, I know you don’t need a car in Old San Juan- but it was cheaper to rent for the week rather than 5 days so we got it right when we arrived) and Marie Louise was so helpful with directing us to the closest parking lot even though it was late evening. It’s Padilla parking or something like that by the way and we were able to park for 2 days for $5. Then when my son forgot his AirPods she held them at the store below for us.
