The "La Esquina" apartment on the second floor is accessed by stairs or elevator. Located 100 meters from Plaza Sarmiento, overlooking the street and the city through two large balconies. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a kitchen-laundry room with a washing machine, a living-dining room and a full bathroom with a toilet, bidet and shower. No private parking but with a secured place near the entrance door since it is not a main street.
