Beautiful downtown apartment. Private open garage 1 block away. Equipped for 3 people. It has a very bright room with mountain views and an en-suite bathroom. There is a gym for common use, a living room with TV, pool, ping pong and laundry room. The location is excellent and a few blocks from Lake Lacar. The construction is modern and warm.
