A wonderful house with plenty of space. The panoramic view from high on the hillside provides constant entertainment and relaxation. Everything clean, comfortable and functioning. I would book it again.

It is an excellent place to stay, with good access to the different places to visit. The house is very comfortable, well heated, the mattress was very comfortable and the water was very hot... and with a simple and very tasteful decoration. I would definitely choose it again and recommend it.

Natalia's house has an incredible view from on top of a mountain overlooking a valley in northern San Martin de los Andes. The house has a great open design where the living room, dining room and kitchen blend into one large living space. And the heated pool and very comfortable bed in the main bedroom were wonderful. Access to the house is up a fairly steep (in a few places) gravel road but our mid-sized rental handled it without any problems. It should be noted that the oven did not heat appropriately but it has since been fixed. We used a toaster oven for any toasting needs and it worked perfectly. The kitchen is huge, has all the utensils/appliances you could need and even has a huge stone parrilla from grilling up a storm. Oh, and the showers? Fantastic pressure! It's a perfect spot for two couples or a family of five. A great spot!

Our stay at the house was excellent, being 9 people we were very comfortable, we really didn't lack anything. The service was prompt and very friendly at all times. The location is very good, easy to access. We'll definitely be back to enjoy that spectacular terrace!

Everything was excellent. The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It's in an excellent location.

Excellent experience from every point of view. They allowed me to enter several hours before and tried to facilitate the removal of the keys. The egreso was also very pleasant and punctual. I would come back and I would definitely recommend it.

What an amazing stay! So close to the lake! In two steps (literally) you can find a coffee shop Havana. In 2 minutes of walking there is a big supermarket with everything you need. I mean, I doubt there is a better place in SMA for a tourist :) the apartment is clean and new with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Also there are blackout curtains everywhere which was great for us :) Thank you!!!

The apartment is very modern and practically new, it feels relaxing. The fact that it is a studio apartment does not affect the cleanliness at all, especially with regard to the kitchen, the smells were not impregnated. The heated pool is really hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Regarding Andrés, communication was effective, he wrote to me as soon as I made the reservation and then he was willing to give me directions and tips about the place. I would definitely come back 😁

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Always nice to have a wash machine. It was much appreciated to have laundry detergent and tea available at the apartment. A nice area of town, walkable to anything you need.

I stayed for a week and felt the feeling of being in my house. He can work from there and everything worked perfectly. in addition, from the window you have a priceless view. Beautiful apartment with a beautiful mountain view. It has a very nice outdoor sector and uncovered parking in the same building. Very good communication with the host. We would go back away here, no question.

Very good experience! Beautiful apartment, the location is unbeatable. It's a plus that it has parking, since parking on the street is metered. The gym was great. Below is an ice cream parlor, next to a pizzeria, and on the corner a bar (keep the latter in mind, there may be some noise on weekends). We'll be back!
