Jean fue un anfitrión excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegué, su atención fue impecable. El día que pasé fue hermoso, en gran parte gracias a sus excelentes recomendaciones de la zona, que me permitieron descubrir lugares encantadores que de otra manera no habría encontrado. Su amabilidad genuina y su calidez hicieron que me sintiera muy cómodo y bienvenido. Sin duda, mi experiencia fue tan positiva que me quedé con muchas ganas de regresar. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente su estancia y espero volver!

Vanessa's place is just like heaven, beautiful surroundings and she kept with new improvements all the time. The quality service that Rudy provides ( the house keeper) is awesome, he is always attentive to our needs and is very polite. We have booked Vanessa's house 3 times now, and are always happy to come back every Spring break.

Maria’s beautiful place was a perfect place to enjoy stunning views of Lake Atitlan and the surrounding volcanoes. The town of Santa Catarina was a short easy walk away and Panajachel was a short drive. Our stay was more than we could have hoped for. From the beautiful home to the comfortable beds. The pool was lovely and it was nice to have the option for the private jacuzzi on the balcony. Melvin was very friendly and helpful our whole stay. Wish we could stay forever and we will definitely be back!

Hermoso lugar para unos días de descanso en el lago Atitlan. Tranquilo, privado y con excelentes servicios complementarios (mi esposo y yo usamos el jacuzzi con vista al lago, el sauna y los kayaks). La habitación es cómoda y la zona de la cocina abierta y con jardín es muy agradable.

The house and location are beautiful. The groundskeeper is always available and willing to help, checking on us on a daily basis. The host provided tour services and was very communicative. The house is clean but there is some room for improvement. Please note: the house has a lot of steps/stairs, which is typical on a lake front property around Atitlan, but if you are traveling with an elderly group or disable guest, I would suggest staying at a hotel with accessible amenities. That said, we enjoyed our stay here, the views, amenities, and hot tub. PS: This is our second time in Atitlan, and we felt the prices of several services have gone up by a large margin (laundry services, home made meals, transportation (boat and Tuk Tuk), tours). Prices are going up globally so we expected a change but not as much. Expect to pay a tourist tax but pay attention. As a family, we support the local economy, and are aware and okay with paying extra but nobody likes feeling taken advantage of.

The house, the lake, the views, the staff…all absolutely incredible! The house is ideally located within 5-10 mins walking or quick tuk tuk to San Marcos, and equipped with everything you need - pool, hottub, kayaks, loads of cooking supplies, more than enough towels etc. The rooms were huge, beds comfy and the caretakers available to help with anything and everything. The hosts were super responsive and the chef for hire cooked amazing meals. San Marcos has the cleanest water for swimming, and the national park with cliffs to jump or swim from is just a short walk or kayak away. The entire stay, just like the lake, was magical for our family of 5 (2 adults, 9 yo, two 7 yos) and not one we will ever forget!

The house is very beautiful. A lovely design and filled with beautiful touches and artwork. An amazing view off the veranda, and the gardens are relaxing and full of birds. We all enjoyed the clean pool very much too. Overall it was an amazing place to relax and recharge. There is a walk up to the local village of Santa Clara or tuk tuks to take you up the hill, and the village has a produce market on Saturdays. We also recommend CECAP for great meals with the best view, as well as fair trade traditional handicrafts. It was easy to get a boat at the public dock. It’s probably easiest to arrange your own driver and boat to the private dock as then it’s easy to contact them if they do not turn up or know where to go (problems we had through no fault of the host). Definitely shop in Pana as the shops are very small in Santa Clara. Be aware it was hazy every day for 6 days and apparently this is common in April (or other months too?) because of cane burning. This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

This place was great! We stayed as a group of 6 and everything was wonderful. Every bedroom had an en suite bathroom which was great, and the views were amazing. The washer and dryer were so helpful as well. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing property! The walk from the gate to the house was a beautiful surprise. The third floors had AMAZING views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to the sounds of the birds was a dream. PJ was very understanding to our situation and offered a playpen for the babies. The stay was wonderful. Thank you so much!

Doña Rosa went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we were left by our driver in Panajachel, (lots of) luggage and all. I contacted doña Rosa and she immediately was helpful. She recommended a local lancha (boat) person who immediately picked us up and brought us to the boat launch area near the Airbnb. Since we had tons of luggage, she offered herself and her vehicle to do a couple of trips to get all of our luggage to the Airbnb. She didn’t hesitate to jump into action and help us out. Once we were at the Airbnb she was beyond welcoming. Showing us the gorgeous home and all of its amenities. The house itself is as pictured. Beautiful inside and out. We had a blast enjoying the pool, the jacuzzi or just sitting outside enjoying the birds sing. The location is amazing. Nestled within a lot of beautiful homes! The community even has a helipad which we saw a helicopter land on right in front of us! I would totally recommend doña Rosa & her beautiful home!

Casa Maravillosa. La vista es increíble, las amenidades excelentes y muchas comodidades. Christopher ha sido el mejor Host que me ha tocado, muy atento, las instrucciones son claras y tiene un buen contacto con personas del lugar para poder explorar toda la zona de Atitlán. Sin duda, regresaré.
