The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests. The house has two outdoor areas, one of which allows you to organize relaxing outdoor dinners.

Apartment in Portoscuso Sardinia (Italy). Recently built semi-basement in a quiet residential area. Being a semi-basement it is still bright, spacious and modern, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Camping cot for children available on request. Now also with outdoor dining area and barbecue. My family and I live in the house above the apartment, however you are completely independent and have your privacy.
