Nice little Appartement by the sea. Really lovley decoratet and a perfect spot to watch the sunrises.

It was a very positive and beautiful experience, above all thanks to the location of the property located in the center of the village. The apartment is very comfortable, functional, practical and clean, equipped with all the amenities listed on the site. The island's beaches are truly beautiful, reachable in 30 minutes max, with enchanting and unique views. Daniela was very kind, reserved and always available, recommending restaurants, beaches and places to visit. We will definitely come back to benefit from the tranquility and friendliness received from the islanders in these three weeks spent in Sant'Antioco. Thanks again Daniela

Spacious apartment with all the comforts for a very pleasant stay in the fantastic island of San Pietro. In particular, it has the advantage of being within walking distance of the center and having the opportunity to park at the entrance, as well as having the largest supermarket in Carloforte right below the house. This has been my favorite Airbnb during our visit to Sardinia. The flat is perfectly located just above the piazza and close to all the great restaurants. Surprisingly, you don’t hear any noise from the piazza if you need peace and quiet (incredible windows and screens). But I thoroughly enjoyed opening the windows to look down below, listen to live music, or enjoy café early in the morning before getting my day started. The flat is beautiful and I especially loved the sun roofs/vents in the bedrooms on the second floor. Having a bathroom on both floors was very convenient too. Alessandra was extremely responsive both before and after check in. I look forward to staying with her again during our next visit!

Antonio is a very friendly and welcoming host. On the first day he made us find the necessary for a first meal with some local products and fresh vegetables. He gave us valuable tips on restaurants and island tours by boat. He is always very helpful and responsive when you need him. It was really like being at home. Thank you Antonio!!

We stayed at Baby House for the second year. Like the previous experience, we had a very good time. The apartment is really nice, tastefully furnished, attention to detail and very clean. Mr. Grazia, Gianni and Giulia are friendly and considerate. No longer it is not possible to think about vacations in Calasetta without staying at this jewel.

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Carloforte, and wished that we stayed longer on this lovely peaceful island. Luisa is a fantastic host, as well as her husband Dino. Which made are stay in Carloforte more interesting and lots of fun! We highly recommend staying in Carloforte for a holiday and especially with Luisa as your host. Daryl & Elaine

we stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, you have a good opportunity to eat and linger on the terrace. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

We had a lovely time staying in Sant'Antioco. The area is fantastic and the flat was well placed to explore both on foot and by car. The flat itself was well proportioned and had everything we needed in it; the AC was apricated in the bedrooms and we made the most of the beautiful courtyard with the lemon trees.

Portoscuso is a wonderful village in that region - Sardinia - that I, as an Italian living in Germany, call the Italian paradise. Chiara and Livio's house is in a breathtaking place, just a few meters from a wonderful sea, super quiet, dreamy! The house is also fantastic, nothing is missing, it has an incredible maritime charm! The interaction with the owners is also perfect, kind, nice and always available! Thank you so much for this dream vacation!

The apartment is restored with great care and attention to detail, in a evocative location in the center of Carloforte just a stone's throw from bars and shops. The owners are very helpful and attentive to every request. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

I needed peace, and found absolute serenity. beginning of April there is just a few locals. The beach isn't cleaned like lots of Italian beaches, I had my surf / diving boots, so ideal to enter the water. To me this is paradise. The place is huge, and separate bedroom.

I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, well cared for in the smallest details by Federica, an impeccable host who provided us with very precise instructions to carry out self-check-in in just a few minutes, without time limits. The apartment is clean and well furnished, just as shown in the photos. The area is also perfect for easily visiting the island of San Pietro considering that the ferry departure is just a stone's throw from the house.

Beautiful location and lovely apartment!

The house is very nice and in a comfortable area, about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is very easy to communicate with Morena, if you have any questions or information, contacting her by message in a few minutes. The thing I appreciated most is the guide of the recommended places that Morena leaves for each guest, very useful to evaluate the activities to be carried out.

Ideally located to discover the Southwest of Sardinia. Quiet, clean and spacious apartment, very nice terrace, sea view with splendid sunrise. No problem parking just downstairs from the building. All amenities (supermarkets, grocery stores, bars and restaurants, etc.) nearby. Thank you:)
