A 2-minute walk from the seafront and close to all amenities. Nearby are the Basilica, Necropolis, Hypogea and Archaeological Museum. The island's beautiful beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

Large independent apartment in an excellent location in Portoscuso (50 min from Cagliari), a 2-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Portopaglietto, with crystal clear water, rocks and a light-colored beach sheltered from the mistral, and the historic center can also be reached on foot from the panoramic promenade. It has independent access and is located on the first floor attic, recently renovated, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, induction hob, washer-dryer, insulating coat, modern thermal break windows.

Rural holiday house few minutes from the beach

3 bedroom house set in a green area overlooking the little town of Teulada, 10 minutes driving (6 km) from the most beautiful beaches and coves of south Sardinia. The house is surrounded by 14 hectares of lush Mediterranean vegetation, it has a spacious internal court with a table to dine and have breakfast outside, sofas, hamacs and a BBQ.
