Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The house was an old barn now restored with 2 apartments, an agri-restaurant on the lower floor not managed by us, surrounded by the greenery of the Lunigiana with a large garden in front at your disposal. It consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with TV, an equipped kitchen, a barbecue in the private fenced area in front of the door and parking. The pool and outdoor garden are shared with the adjacent apartment.
