If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

We are in the park of the Apuan Alps, 18 km from the coast. To get here you will need to walk for 1km, and go up a dirt road for 1,5km by car. Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.
