The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Welcome to a large and newly renovated house of high standard on a lake property. Private beach in the garden, with the possibility to use the jacuzzi, kayaks, fire pan, grill, pizza oven and more. Enjoy a beautiful lake view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while you watch the waves hit the rock in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Preikestolen basecamp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

The maritime environment that surrounds the home, where you have both marinas and bathing areas, makes this a very attractive place to live. The Kjerag is also easily accessible from here. Pets are welcome. We warmly welcome a maximum of 6 guests. You will stay in the lower, fully furnished apartment. In summer, sun from 10 am to sunset. We are a registered fishery, so fish export is possible
