Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Settle down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water. From this apartment you have easy access to everything. Location is in the center of Sandnes, a few meters away from the seafront. There is a multitude of restaurants and shops within 3-5min walking distance, as well as the train & bus station with frequent departures to Stavanger (15min) or Kristiansand. The apartment is in the 7th floor and has an open planned kitchen and living room, one bedroom, bathroom and a small balcony with afternoon/evening sun. Cycle parking is available.

Naustet is brand new and part of the sea house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunity. Building and furniture created by renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
