The Olive Grove is an extraordinarily large unit, over 100m squared. We have full solar power to deal with SA's power issue. Wake up refreshed in a loft room with vaulted ceilings and head down to a glowing kitchen to make a cup of coffee to enjoy on the sunny yet shaded patio. Enjoy this peaceful garden setting with your own private garden, in walking distance from restaurants and street shops. Covered secure parking for one car. Built-in work-from-home desk in the living area. We have a solar/inverter/battery system, so during load shedding all lights, Wi-Fi, tv, fridge and convenience plugs (bedside and at work desk) still have power. There is a gas stove and air fryer for cooking. We also have 2-3 days of mains water backup. Enjoy whole-house filtered water!
