Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets as well as bus and train connections. The center is about 2.5 km away and the A4 highway ramp is only 5 minutes away by car.
