Am Walde is the perfect mountain escape for family and friends looking to bathe in nature on the ‘Balcony of the Montafon’. From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

The 66 m² bungalow has been newly renovated and can accommodate the whole family. In addition to the latest technology (Mesh Wi-Fi, 100 mBit, LG TV, Disney Plus,...), the bungalow offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. The nearby shopping and the elevator within walking distance make the location of the property unique. Johnny's Maisäß Gaschurn [Corn Alpine Chalet]

Right on the ski slope or in the hiking area, and yet where the fox and rabbit say good night - a wonderful place to be active and at the same time enjoy the tranquility of the mountain. WE COMPLETELY REBUILT JOHNNY'S OVER THE SUMMER OF 2024! In winter, the snow-covered valley descent to Gaschurn passes almost at the front door, and in summer, various hiking trails and the Versettla cable car, whose middle station is only ten minutes away, are attractive.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

3Chalets: feel-good luxury in the Brandnertal - chalet 2

Chalet 2 can host up to four persons. It has a living room with fireplace, a dining area with adjoining terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a ski room, an outdoor sauna with an outdoor relaxation area. An electric vehicle can be charged in the carport. All areas of the chalet are exclusively available for our guests of Chalet 2. There is free WiFi and 2 TVs with satellite reception and access to streaming offers (use own codes)

House with gym and sauna for 3-12 people

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Booking for at least three paying persons.

Quiet tiny house with mountain views

The "Gartenhüsli" is a separate small house behind the main house and equipped for 2 people. It was individually designed and sustainably built. The tiny house is about 25 m² and consists of one room - which forms a complete unit with a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy sitting area and a comfortable double bed. A private bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher or fridge are of course also available.

Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
