The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. A quiet retreat on Mount Joanaz

The Friland Chamomilla cottage overlooks a vast and bright panorama stretching from the Julian Alps to the Friulian Plain and, on clear days, as far as the sea and Slovenia. In spring, the woods awaken, adorned with new buds, the air becomes sweet, and the landscape comes alive with shades of green. The longer, milder days invite you to slow down, alternating between pleasant, rejuvenating walks along the flower-lined ridges and moments of tranquillity, watching the world come back to life from above.
