Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Die Städte Koblenz, Mülheim-Kärlich und Neuwied sind mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Haltestelle ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist 64qm und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Im Garten besteht die Möglichkeit Fahrräder ab zu stellen. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

In the historic cellar from 1370 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein." The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.

Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
